CANCELLATION POLICY

SUBERIDE — Private Chauffeur Services
This Cancellation Policy applies to confirmed bookings made through SUBERIDE and should be read together with the Terms of Service and Passenger Policies & Booking Terms.
SUBERIDE operates as a pre-booked private chauffeur service using its current direct-service operating model.
By completing a booking, you agree to the cancellation terms below.

1. General Policy
Cancellation terms vary depending on:
•the type of booking
•the stage of confirmation or service preparation
•the operational commitments already made
•the timing of the cancellation request
Applicable cancellation terms may also be shown during the booking process or communicated through an approved booking channel.
Because SUBERIDE operates through a direct-service booking model, late cancellations may have a significant operational impact.
A booking request that has not yet been accepted and confirmed by SUBERIDE is not considered a confirmed booking for the purposes of this Cancellation Policy.

2. Point-to-Point Trips
For standard point-to-point bookings:
•cancellations made before confirmed dispatch or service preparation may be without charge
•cancellations made after that stage may incur a cancellation fee
Cancellation fees, where applicable, are assessed based on booking status and operational costs already incurred.

3. Hourly Chauffeur Service
For hourly bookings:
•cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup may be without charge
•cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may incur a cancellation fee
Because hourly bookings reserve a block of time and service availability, short-notice cancellations may result in lost booking time and operational cost.

4. Airport Transfers
For airport bookings:
•cancellations made within 2 hours of pickup time may incur a cancellation fee
Airport bookings may involve flight monitoring, vehicle preparation, scheduling commitments, and pickup positioning.
Where airport flat-rate pricing applies, applicable airport-access costs are generally built into the quoted airport fare where applicable and are not normally charged separately unless expressly disclosed at the time of booking.

5. No-Show Policy
A booking may be treated as a no-show if:
•the passenger does not appear at the pickup location
•the passenger cannot be reached
•the included waiting period expires
•materially incorrect pickup information was provided
No-shows may result in a charge of up to the base trip fare.

6. Wait Time and Cancellation Interaction
A booking is not automatically considered cancelled just because the passenger is delayed.
Included wait time is:
•15 minutes for standard pickups
•45 minutes after flight arrival for airport pickups
After the complimentary wait period ends, the booking may proceed into chargeable wait time or be treated as a no-show depending on the circumstances.

7. Refunds
Refunds are not automatic and are reviewed case by case.
Refunds may be denied where:
•a cancellation fee was properly applied
•the booking became a no-show
•operational costs had already been incurred
•passenger-provided information was inaccurate
•the issue arose from passenger-caused delay or misconduct
Where a refund is approved, the amount and timing of the refund may depend on the payment method used, the nature of the charge, and any applicable processing or administrative considerations.

8. Exceptional Situations
SUBERIDE may review unusual situations on a case-by-case basis, including:
•verified emergencies
•major operational disruptions
•duplicate charges
•clear booking errors caused by platform or administrative issues
Case-by-case review does not create a guarantee of refund.

9. How to Request a Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be made through the booking system, by email, by phone, or through another approved communication channel used by SUBERIDE.
A cancellation request is not considered final until it has been received and acknowledged through an approved channel or reflected in the booking system.
