Cancellation & Refund Policy

One-Way & Airport Journeys: $1.45 per kilometer + $0.45 per minute ($45.00 CAD minimum fare). Airport journeys use the same transparent distance-and-time formula.

1–3 adults (up to 4 large suitcases) · Groups up to 5 with light luggage.

If your commercial flight into Toronto Pearson (YYZ) or Billy Bishop (YTZ) is delayed, diverted, or rescheduled by the airline, you will never be charged a cancellation fee or waiting penalty. We monitor your flight number and adjust your chauffeur’s arrival time to match your actual landing.

Eligible rides can be cancelled free through your account at least two hours before pickup. A short-notice cancellation or no-show has a $45 CAD base fee plus 13% Ontario HST. See the full policy for conditions and refunds. SU cannot cancel a ride for you.

Service animals and safely stored foldable mobility equipment are welcome at no extra charge. Ask for a quiet cabin, a comfortable temperature or the roof shade closed. Contact Your Driver before booking to confirm the vehicle meets your needs.

SUBERIDE is a private, pre-arranged chauffeur service operated by GKR&B Wholesale & Retail Inc. O/A SUBERIDE across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. In full compliance with Ontario municipal transportation bylaws, all journeys must be booked in advance. We do not accept street hails, impromptu curb pickups, or unreserved rides. Reservations that pass our real-time schedule, advance-notice, and route checks are confirmed upon checkout (or upon payment completion for online card checkouts). Your chauffeur reviews every itinerary and will contact you promptly if severe weather, road closures, or custom route requirements require a schedule adjustment or full refund.

By the Hour (Day Trips & Executive Charters): $85.00 CAD per hour (3-hour minimum = $255.00 CAD). Includes 40 kilometers for every booked hour.

Choose Round trip under Transfer type on the booking page, then add your return date and time. For a longer outing, you can choose a by-the-hour booking. Review the estimate for your journey before continuing.

Yes. Tell Your Driver if you prefer less conversation, a different temperature or the roof shade closed. The same care and respect applies to every journey.

Open Account to sign in and find your rides, profile and available receipts. SU cannot see your account or change a trip. Contact Your Driver if you need help with a personal booking.

Yes. Everyday Rides covers shopping, family visits, dinners and special occasions. Choose your date and journey on the booking page.

Work Rides covers meetings, appointments and working days. Add your timing and destinations when you book online.

Day Trips is for sightseeing, wine country and days away. Niagara is one possibility. Share the places and timing you have in mind. By-the-hour bookings have a three-hour minimum.
