GKR&B Wholesale & Retail Inc. O/A SUBERIDE · Ontario, Canada
1. Arranging Your Private Ride
SUBERIDE is a private, pre-arranged chauffeur service operated by GKR&B Wholesale & Retail Inc. O/A SUBERIDE across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario. In full compliance with Ontario municipal transportation bylaws, all journeys must be booked in advance. We do not accept street hails, impromptu curb pickups, or unreserved rides. Reservations that pass our real-time schedule, advance-notice, and route checks are confirmed upon checkout (or upon payment completion for online card checkouts). Your chauffeur reviews every itinerary and will contact you promptly if severe weather, road closures, or custom route requirements require a schedule adjustment or full refund.
2. Pricing, HST, and Tolls
One-way and airport journeys are calculated transparently at $1.45 per kilometer + $0.45 per minute ($45.00 CAD minimum fare). Hourly charters are $85.00 CAD per hour (3-hour minimum = $255.00 CAD) with 40 kilometers included per hour. Bad weather, winter storms, heavy rush-hour traffic on the 401/QEW, or high regional demand will never trigger surge multipliers. All fares are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Ontario HST (13%) is itemized separately on every receipt (HST Registration: 899546212RT0001). Highway 407 ETR toll charges and airport terminal parking fees are billed at exact out-of-pocket cost with zero markup. Tips are discretionary.
3. Passenger Capacity, Seating & Luggage
All journeys are completed in our dedicated Ford Explorer ST-Line featuring individual second-row captain’s chairs. Standard capacity (1 to 3 adults) accommodates two guests in the captain’s chairs and one in the front seat, with the third row folded flat for up to four full-size suitcases plus carry-ons. Extended capacity (4 to 5 guests) accommodates two additional passengers in the third row (best for smaller adults or children) with luggage limited to small day bags. In accordance with the Ontario Highway Traffic Act, children must use appropriate child car seats or booster seats; guests are welcome to bring their CMVSS-approved car seat, which your chauffeur will help anchor safely.
4. Safety, Cabin Conduct & Ontario Law
Under Ontario law, every passenger must remain securely buckled while the vehicle is in motion. Under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes, and burning of any substance (tobacco or cannabis) are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. In accordance with Ontario’s Liquor Licence and Control Act, Cannabis Control Act, and SUBERIDE cabin policy, open alcohol and unsealed or accessible cannabis are strictly prohibited in the passenger cabin; any sealed items must remain closed and stowed in luggage. Every guest is treated with dignified respect. We reserve the right to decline service or safely pause a ride if a passenger engages in violent, reckless, or abusive behavior that threatens driving safety.
